If you think you are unworthy to receive, you will respond to circumstances and to others in a manner that dictates whether you will receive or not receive. It’s a choice of how you think and believe in your heart about yourself. Once you believe you are worthy to receive, you will truly want to be rewarded for the great value you provide others.

The following are two exercises to incorporate into your life that will help you break the habit of not receiving. First, whenever someone gives you a compliment, thank the person without giving a compliment in return. Second, once a month you should do something for yourself that makes you feel deserving and special. And enjoy the practice of receiving!
