    did anyone else noticed the defendants vein pulsing in her neck? her heart was beating hard hard hard, must’ve been because she was lying!!

    The defendant is truly despicable in her attempts to verbally embarrass and humiliate the plaintiff by her verbal vitriol. And swinging the gate in an attempt to to hit the plaintiff with it was downright nasty. Hope she gets hers one day!

    even tho she gets the gate swung at her –an “i’ll get her back” move by the d that’s so chidish it’s ridiculous–the p still is smiling. she can see the humor in the situation. you can tell the d is a liar as soon as she tries to paint the p as someone no one at work likes. i doubt that…she seems very nice and i love her “give ‘em a tissue instead” comment. it’s clear she won’t do this again. i bet anyone at the d’s new job will say “oooo!” as they watch this!

    I have to say, watching all of these court shows: JJ, JM, etc, I’m of the opinion that many Americans are treetrunking MOFO’s, who feel every one else OWES them something. How DARE this D… Karma is a bitch.

    Who gives or loans money to someone that you know for only 2 to 3 months? Geez give her a tissue indeed. I would have said “Well, I’ll pray for you”
    The defendant even slipped up and called the money a loan
